The data you include in your email: name, company, job title, contact details, delivery address for the samples and the content of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

To answer your request for samples and commercial terms, and to maintain the business relationship you start. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Retention

Data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and, without further contact, for no more than three years after your request.

Recipients

Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties. Your email goes straight to the sales team's inbox; the website does not store any data. The website is hosted by Vercel, acting as a processor.

Statistics and cookies

We measure visits with cookie-free tools that only produce aggregate figures and cannot identify you. The website sets no cookies.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the contact given above. If you believe the processing does not comply, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country, or with the French CNIL (cnil.fr).
